Bath- or bed linen can be hired.
At departure the gîte has to be wiped and cleaned up.
For the housecleaning we charge a fixed amount of 50€.
At arrival we ask for a damage deposit of 150€. This amount will be returned at departure if no damage.
Booking is confirmed when a deposit of 30% is paid.
This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
The balance has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
