Hello. First a little presentation. We are Koen, Sandra, Emma and Loth.
Our faithful dog calls Amor.
Because we lost our hart here, we changed on the end of July 2007 our home in Waregem (Belgium) for a new life in a village of the Lot, named Prayssac.

In Prayssac we bought the old mayors house en baptized it " Odette&Marie". Up to you to find out who those 2 ladies are.
The house is situated on the border of the village, close to the River. It takes only a walk to get to the centre of the village. Because of his past, the house breaths a historical atmosphere.
In the garden of nearly 1 hectare, you can find several nice places with furniture to take a rest, to read a nice book, to dream away, to listen to the crickets ... or to enjoy a good glass of wine. In the sun or in the shadow, the choice is yours.

We live on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a very comfortable and private gîte who has a lot to offer. Also on the first floor, totally separated from the gîte, we have 2 rooms " bed & breakfast".
There is a swimming pool (5-10 m), in which we also take a little dive, from time to time.
